To provide the best service to all clients, please review the following policies regarding appointments: 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance Appointments canceled with less than the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of % or $. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of service! After 2 no-shows, a non-refundable deposit may be required to book future services. 💳 Deposits A deposit may be required for select services or new clients. Deposits are applied to the final service cost and are non-refundable if canceled within the policy window. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or shorten your service.
